But even here there\u2019s a twist! The problem is that la <strong>Sierra<\/strong> can be reached from two sides: from <strong>Madrid<\/strong> and from\u00a0<strong>Segovia<\/strong>. Both options propose different experiences. If you enjoy encountering human activity and occasional stops, then the option from <strong>Madrid<\/strong> would be more suitable. There are a\u00a0number of ways of getting there. Bus, train or car &#8211; it all depends on your preference. The simplest and most effective would be going by train. First of all,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.renfe.com\/viajeros\/cercanias\/madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Renfe<\/a>\u00a0offers hourly trips from the Cercanias stations around the city. The route is numbered as\u00a0<strong>C8<\/strong>\u00a0and it\u2019s most comfortable option as an origin would be Pitis. From there, the journey will take about an hour and a half, leaving you at\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cercedilla.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">Cercedilla<\/a><\/strong>, a little town with much to see. Keep in mind, that this option <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hikingdude.com\/hiking-tips.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">requires equipment<\/a> such as\u00a0<strong>mountain boots, a backpack with supplies and a priorly defined route<\/strong>\u00a0(or a GPS). Unlike the simplicity of the journey to the <strong>Madrid<\/strong> side, this one is definitely more complex due to its lack of direct infrastructure to the other side of the <strong>park.<\/strong>\u00a0You need to reach<strong> Segovia<\/strong>\u00a0to begin the <strong>trekking trip.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next\u00a0step is to get on the bus that will take you to the village of\u00a0<strong>la Granja de San Ildefonso<\/strong>. From there, you are ready to begin your real <strong>hiking trip<\/strong>! Simply walk around the\u00a0<strong>Royal Palace of San Ildefonso<\/strong>, and you will find yourself in front of a mountain, ready\u00a0for your <strong>hike.<\/strong>\u00a0Choose a trail and hike all the way to the top. Along the way there is a tiny shelter where adventurers can rest and contemplate the gorgeous view from which the town of <strong>Segovia<\/strong> is transformed into a minuscule piece of a puzzle, combining with the endless fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both are great choices, it all depends on yor preference. The <strong>Madrid\u00a0<\/strong>side offers a variety of activities with already developed infrastructure.
