The areas that meet these requirements most of the time, are usually the neighbourhoods near the centre of the city<\/strong><\/a>. There are several interesting neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid, and people who like to explore the city\u2019s cultural activities, like museums, theatres, libraries and art galleries, often say these are the best areas to live in. If you like partying and going out on weekends, the centre offers many places of great diversity.<\/p>\n

There are a few neighbourhoods with a lot of cultural, gastronomic, leisure and entertainment options, like La Latina<\/strong>, Malasa\u00f1a<\/strong> and Chueca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Another option is one of the newer areas in the district of Hortaleza<\/strong>, like Sanchinarro<\/strong>. This area is located northeast of the city, and the first thing that comes to mind when characterising it, is: peacefulness.<\/p>\n

It is a nice and quiet, predominantly residential neighbourhood, and there are some new buildings with communal parking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Besides being able to park your car, you are also close to the airport, and the neighbourhood is well connected with the rest of the city. You can enjoy wide streets for taking a stroll, and there are a few parks<\/strong><\/a> with children’s playgrounds.<\/p>\n
