If you are looking for a quiet area, that has easy access to the centre, good connections and plenty of services, then the neighbourhood of Moncloa-Aravaca<\/strong> is perfect. Many people who want to move to a residential zone of the city, still look for services and parks<\/strong><\/a>. They want to go out for a stroll with the family or their pet, do their favourite sport outdoors, or go for a walk in their neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

Some of the wealthiest residential areas have parks like: Casa de Campo, Parque Dehesa de la Villa, Parque Agust\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez Sahag\u00fan and Real Club Puerta de Hierro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Besides the university being there, the centre of the city can also be easily reached by public transport, so even if you are at a certain distance from the city centre, you still feel well connected.<\/p>\n

Sanchinarro<\/strong> is a residential neighbourhood that stands out for its tranquillity, and this neighbourhood is also near to the airport<\/strong>. It is perfectly connected with the rest of the city, and this area is ideal for families<\/strong><\/a>, because it has children’s playgrounds and large avenues. Walking is easy here, and there are multiple services to be found. It is a quiet, residential area, perfect for families.<\/p>\n

On the other side there is Valdebebas<\/strong>, which is also close to the airport. This urban zone has recently expanded, and Parque Felipe VI<\/strong> is one of its main attractions.<\/p>\n

When you look at safety in general and the arrest statistics in Madrid, the districts<\/strong> of Retiro and<\/strong> Moratalaz<\/strong> are the most peaceful ones in the city. These two neighbourhoods have the least number of arrests, despite the fact that, combined, there are more than 215,000 inhabitants in the two neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n
