It has now become one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Madrid to live in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reasons for its popularity are, among others, its <strong>large number of green zones<\/strong> at a certain distance from the populous centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Usera is also known as the city\u2019s &#8220;Chinatown&#8221;, and you have to travel to the other side of the R\u00edo Manzanares to find this neighbourhood.
