These are the places where you can find a wide range of rooms and apartments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To be more precise, the <strong>Sol neighbourhood<\/strong> is one of the most in demand areas, followed by <strong>Malasa\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Its location &#8211; halfway between <strong>Universidad Complutense <\/strong>and the city centre &#8211; and fast public transport, make these neighbourhoods the most preferred areas, but apartments and rooms come at <strong>higher prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lavapi\u00e9s<\/strong> &#8211; with its multicultural atmosphere &#8211; is also a neighbourhood much sought after by students. This melting pot of nationalities and cultures, alternative art forms and unique spaces, have resulted in this neighbourhood\u2019s special environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gastronomy from all over the world (especially Asian and African) have come together in a pure and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shmadrid.fr\/blog\/fr\/restaurants-traditionnels-madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>traditional<\/strong><\/a> cuisine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another area in Madrid is the area called <strong>El Madrid de los Austrias<\/strong>. This is an ideal refuge for those who want to live in an original and historic part of the city, where you can enjoy its architecture and medieval atmosphere. This is truly a micro-universe, full of inviting tapas bars and other fun areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The last neighbourhood we would like to discuss is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shmadrid.com\/long-term-rental?order-by=availabilitylowestprice&amp;price-to=3000&amp;surface-to=240&amp;district=3925\"><strong>Tetu\u00e1n<\/strong><\/a>, also a favourite with many students.
